TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $8,255 FROM DISTRICT 10 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, TO THE LOUISVILLE ZOO FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY AND MEDIAN LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $8,255 is hereby appropriated from the District 10 Neighborhood Development Funds, to the Louisville Zoo for right-of-way and median landscape installation and maintenance.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
