BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:
ZOO
$50,000.00 for a noncompetitively negotiated new Sole Source with Iowa State University for services regarding the design and display of LEGO brick sculptures for exhibition from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
