A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT A DONATION OF FURNITURE FROM HUMANA WITH AN ESTIMATED VALUE OF $50,000 TO BE ADMINISTERED BY FACILITIES WITHIN THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET.

WHEREAS, the donation has been approved by Humana; and
WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this opportunity through the Office of Management and Budget.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept a donation of furniture from Humana with an estimated value of $50,000 to be administered by Facilities within the Office of Management and Budget.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
