AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,001 $9,000 FROM DISTRICT 10 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $1,000 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 10, 4, 6, 16, 17, 21, 22; $500 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 2, 3, 5, 7; THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE FAMILY LIFE CENTER, INC. FOR EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE 2015 ST. STEPHEN JUBILEE (As Amended).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $5,001 $9,000 is hereby appropriated from the District 10 Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $1,000 each from Districts 10, 4, 6, 16, 17, 21, 22; $500 each from Districts 2, 3, 5, 7; through the Office of Management and Budget, to the Family Life Center, Inc. for expenses associated with the 2015 St. Stephen Jubilee.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
