Be it ordained by the Legislative Council of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (The Council) As Follows:
SECTION I: Part I. K. Parks & Recreation of Ordinance 104, Series 2015 is hereby amended as follows:

McNeely Lake Park Sanitary Sewer Mitigation Project AG. REC. 225,000
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
