AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 107, SERIES 2013, ORDINANCE NO. 108, SERIES 2013, AND ORDINANCE NO. 104, SERIES 2015 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEARS 2012-13, 2013-14 AND 2015-16 CAPITAL BUDGETS, RESPECTIVELY, FOR THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT, BY TRANSFERRING CAPITAL CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUNDS TO THE PROJECT TITLED ZOO BEAUTIFICATION, AS ESTABLISHED IN SECTION III OF THIS ORDINANCE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Part I., P. Louisville Zoo, of Ordinance No. 107, Series 2013, is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION IV: The Council has determined the funds requested in this ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
