TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $12,770.40 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $4,385.20 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 20, 11; $3,000 FROM DISTRICT 18; $1,000 FROM DISTRICT 22; THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE JEFFERSONTOWN FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT FOR TABLES, CHAIRS, AND A CHAIR DOLLY FOR USE IN A COMMUNITY ROOM.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $12,770.40 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $4,385.20 each from Districts 20, 11; $3,000 from District 18; $1,000 from District 22; through the Office of Management and Budget, to the Jeffersontown Fire Protection District for tables, chairs and a chair dolly for use in a community room.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
