WHEREAS, Metro Government wishes to enter into this agreement through the Department of Public Works & Assets;

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I:                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for continuation of the design phase for Hill Street Sidewalk Rehabilitation project between 6^th Street and 7^th Street.

SECTION II:                      This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
