WHEREAS, Louisville Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this opportunity through Develop Louisville.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept a donation of art to Louisville Metro Government with an estimated value of $27,038 to be hung in the Mayor’s conference room in Metro Hall.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
