WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this agreement through Public Works & Assets
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to accept $175,500 of funding for phase I design plans for one-way to two-way street conversions to reduce vehicle speeds and vehicle miles traveled and improve access and economic activity in areas with a dense mixture of land uses.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
