A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $795,921 OF ADDITIONAL FUNDING FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET FOR THE MCNEELY LAKE ACCESS ROAD AND PARALLEL SHARED USE PATH PROJECT ADMINISTERED BY THE METRO PARKS DEPARTMENT.

WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this agreement through the Metro Parks Department.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to accept additional funding of $795,921 for the construction phase of the McNeely Lake Road Access and Parallel Shared Use Path Project.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
