A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO THE CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCES, APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FOLLOWING NONCOMPETITIVELY NEGOTIATED NEW CONTRACT - (KY ENERGY PRO, INC. - $250,000.00).

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
$250,000.00 for a noncompetitively negotiated new Contract with KY Energy Pro, Inc. for private home weatherization work done pursuant to federal and state grants from March 4, 2016 through February 28, 2017.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
