AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,350 IN DISTRICT 6 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO METRO PARKS DEPARTMENT FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE TO VARIOUS PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAYS THROUGHOUT DISTRICT 6

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $5,350 is hereby appropriated from District 6 Neighborhood Development Funds to Metro Parks Department for landscape maintenance to various public right-of-ways throughout District 6.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
