AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,900 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 20 AND 22 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO THE LOUISVILLE METRO POLICE DEPARTMENT, 7^TH DIVISION, FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE LOUISVILLE CRASHERS AT “CRASHING THE PARKLANDS.”

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I:                     The sum of $5,800 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds by allocating $2,900 each from Districts 20 and 22 to the Louisville Metro Police Department, 7^th Division, for costs associated with the performance of the Louisville Crashers at “Crashing the Parklands.”

SECTION II:                     The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.

SECTION III:                     This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.

SECTION IV:                     This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
