AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO SECTION 4.4.3 OF THE TYLER TOWN CENTER PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT RELATING TO MAXIMUM LIGHTING HEIGHTS AND BEING IN LOUISIVILLE METRO (CASE NO. 17ZONE1023).

WHEREAS, the Louisville Metro Planning Commission held a public hearing on this amendment on June 29, 2017 and unanimously recommended approval of this amendment as it conforms to the Guidelines of the Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Council concurs in and adopts the findings of the Planning Commission in Case No. 17ZONE1023 and approves and accepts the recommendations of the Planning Commission as set out in said minutes and records.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The attached amendment (Attachment A) to Section 4.4.3 of the Tyler Town Center Planned Development District relating to maximum lighting heights as shown in the Planning Commission’s record in Case No. 17ZONE1023 and being in Louisville Metro is approved.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
