A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $75,000 FROM THE ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT CABINET TO ASSIST IN THE REMEDIATION OF LOUISVILLE GARDENS AND TO BE ADMINISTERED BY DEVELOP LOUISVILLE

WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this agreement through the Department of Public Works;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to accept $75,000 from the Energy and Environment Cabinet, which will be used by Develop Louisville to assist in the remediation of Louisville Gardens.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
