BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The amount of $28,659.60 is hereby appropriated from District 2 Neighborhood Development Funds to Louisville Metro Public Works and Assets to fund the addition of 38 streetlights.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective on the passage date.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
