A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO THE CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCES, APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FOLLOWING NONCOMPETITIVELY NEGOTIATED SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT - (CENGAGE LEARNING, INC. - $125,000.00).

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I:                     The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:

LIBRARY

$125,000.00 for a noncompetitively negotiated Sole Source Contract with Cengage Learning, Inc. for books, audio books, databases and other library materials for use by Library patrons from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.

SECTION II:                     This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
