BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I:                     The sum of $5,250 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner:  $1,500 each from Districts 12 and 5; $750 from District 9; $500 each from Districts 13 and 25; and $250 each from Districts 4 and 14; to Metro Parks for the 6^th Annual Canoemobile.

SECTION II:                     The Council has determined that the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.

SECTION III:  This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.

SECTION IV:                     This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
