WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this funding opportunity through Louisville Metro Parks Department,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept the donation of $118,700 for the purchase of a stump grinding machine, erosion control improvements and the planting of new trees in Cherokee Park.

SECTION II:                      This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
