AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20,000 FROM DISTRICT 3 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO METRO PARKS FOR FUNDING OF THE 2017 HOLIDAY PARTY TO BE HELD AT THE C.E. KIRBY MULTIPURPOSE CENTER OF EXCELLENCE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The amount of $20,000 is hereby appropriated from District 3 Neighborhood Development Funds to Metro Parks for the 2017 Holiday Party to be held at the C.E. Kirby Multipurpose Center of Excellence.
SECTION II: The Council has determined that the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
