TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,410 FROM DISTRICT 15 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO SAINT JOSEPH’S AREA ASSOCIATION, INC. FOR BEAUTIFICATION OF SEVERAL TRAFFIC ISLANDS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The amount of $5,410 is hereby appropriated from District 15 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to Saint Joseph’s Area Association, Inc. for beautification of several traffic islands.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
