AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 114, SERIES 2017 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2017-2018 OPERATING BUDGET, TO AMEND THE TRANSIT AUTHORITY OF RIVER CITY’S FISCAL YEAR 2017-2018 BUDGET.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The appropriations and necessary expenses of the Transit Authority of River City as set forth in Schedule D attached hereto are approved, as amended, for the Transit Authority of River City’s Fiscal Year 2017-2018 budget.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
