WHEREAS, Louisville Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this opportunity through the Department of Public Health & Wellness,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept a donation in the amount of $10,000 from Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Medicaid to be administered by the Department of Public Health & Wellness.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
