TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20,000 FROM DISTRICT 4 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO DEVELOP LOUISVILLE, OFFICE OF ADVANCED PLANNING, FOR EXPENSES RELATED TO DEVELOPING A NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN FOR SMOKETOWN.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The amount of $20,000 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in District 4 to Develop Louisville, Office of Advanced Planning, for expenses related to developing a neighborhood plan for Smoketown.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
