AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 107, SERIES 2013 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2013-14 CAPITAL BUDGET AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 023, SERIES 2014 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 104, SERIES 2015 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2015-16 CAPITAL BUDGET AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 102, SERIES 2016 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2016-17 CAPITAL BUDGET AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 109, SERIES 2018 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT BY REALLOCATING $127,500 OF PUBLIC WORKS & ASSETS AND PARKS & RECREATION CAPITAL FUNDS FOR COUNCIL DISTRICT 3 WILLIAM HARRISON PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (AMENDED BY SUBSTITUTION).

SECTION I: Ordinance No. 107, Series 2013, Part I., Chief of Community Building, N. Parks & Recreation, is hereby amended as follows:
