AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 109, SERIES 2018 AS PERTAINING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT BY REALLOCATING $367,350 OF FEDERAL AND MATCH FUNDS FROM THE BICYCLE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT TO THE LOUISVILLE LOOP EASTWOOD SECTION PROJECT UNDER PUBLIC WORKS & ASSETS.

Be it ordained by the Legislative Council of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (The Council) As Follows:
SECTION I: Ordinance No. 109, Series 2018, Part I., H. Public Works & Assets, is hereby amended as follows:
