A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SCHEDULE OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/ JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2019.

WHEREAS, pursuant to KRS 67C.103(10), the Legislative Council of the Louisville/ Jefferson County Metro Government (“Council”) adopted a set of legislative rules (“Council Rules”) on January 6, 2003;
WHEREAS, pursuant to KRS 67C.103(8), the Council enacted subsections 1.02 and 3.01 of the Council Rules, which require the Council to meet within seven days after its members take office and hold at least one regular meeting per month; and
WHEREAS, the Council has created a schedule of its regular meetings for 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Council hereby adopts the Metro Council 2019 Calendar with the schedule of regular meetings, a copy of which is attached hereto.
SECTION II: The meeting previously scheduled pursuant to Resolution 002, Series 2018 for January 24, 2019 has been cancelled.
SECTION III: This resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
