A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COUNCIL AND COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2019.

WHEREAS, pursuant to KRS 67C103 (10), the Council adopted a set of legislative rules on January 6, 2003; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to KRS 67C103 (8), the Council enacted Sub-Section 3.01 of these rules; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined the necessity to reschedule various dates
of their 2019 regular meetings due to conflicts associated with Thanksgiving, Christmas and special events.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Council has rescheduled the following Council regular meeting dates in accordance with the attached schedule, consisting of one page for each month in the calendar year 2019, and marked "Attachment A" for identification:
a) From Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 6:00PM EDT to Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 4:00PM EDT
b) From Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 6:00PM EDT to Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 6:00PM EDT
c) No meeting on July 11, 2019
d) From Thursday, November 22, 2018 at 6:00PM EDT to Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 6:00 PM EDT
e) No meeting on December 26, 2019
SECTION II: All Council Committee meetings, as they are set forth on Attachment A, shall be considered regular meetings of such Committees.
SECTION III: The Metro Council hereby adopts the 2019 Metro Council Calendar a copy of which is attached.
SECTION IV: This resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
