WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this agreement through the Department of Emergency Services.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with IDHS to receive funding of $45,000 for CCTA program expenditures.

SECTION II:                      This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
