WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this funding opportunity through Louisville Metro Parks and Recreation Department,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept the improvements to Seneca Park resulting from the Bowman Field Avigation funds as follows: $50,000 for walking path improvements; $10,000 for remote lighting upgrades; $10,000 for new trees; $15,000 for a drinking fountain upgrade and $92,892 for tennis lighting improvements
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
