AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $13,363.95 FROM DISTRICT 26 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT FOR COSTS RELATED TO JUNK PICK UP IN DISTRICT 26 AFTER THE CHANGE IN ENFORCEMENT OF JUNK PICK UP POLICIES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $13,363.95 is hereby appropriated from District 26 Neighborhood Development Funds to Solid Waste Management for costs related to junk pick up in District 26 after the change in enforcement of junk pick up policies.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
