AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,925 FROM DISTRICT 15 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE WILDER PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH FIVE NEIGHBORHOOD EVENTS, THE ANNUAL NEIGHBORHOOD NEWSLETTER, AND THE REPAIR OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER’S HVAC SYSTEM.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $7,925 is hereby appropriated from the District 15 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to the Wilder Park Neighborhood Association for costs associated with five neighborhood events, the annual neighborhood newsletter, and the repair of the community center’s HVAC system.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
