TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,500 FROM DISTRICT 18 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS; THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO GRANDIN WOODS RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION, INC. FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ITS SECURITY AND SOUND BARRIER FENCE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $7,500 is hereby appropriated from District 18 Neighborhood Development Funds; through the Office of Management and Budget, to Grandin Woods Residents Association, Inc. for costs associated with its security and sound barrier fence
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
