A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO THE CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCES APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FOLLOWING NONCOMPETITIVELY NEGOTIATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT FOR LMPD CONCERNING CLINICAL FORENSIC MEDICINE OF LIVING PEOPLE - (UNIVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE - $125,000.00).

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                     The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:

POLICE

$125,000.00 for a Professional Service Contract with University of Louisville Research Foundation, Inc. for clinical forensic medicine of living people from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.

SECTION II:                     This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
