WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this agreement through Public Works & Assets.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to accept additional funding of $146,829 for the continued design phase of the Medora Road section of the Louisville Loop at the Jefferson Memorial Forest.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
