A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $20,000 IN DONATIONS FROM THE BEULAH CHURCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION TO SUPPORT THE DAMASCUS COURT ROADWAY ENHANCEMENTS PROJECT TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & ASSETS.

WHEREAS, the donation has been approved by the Beulah Church Condominium Association; and
WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this opportunity through the Department of Public Works & Assets.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept $20,000 in donations from the Beulah Church Condominium Association to support the Damascus Court roadway enhancements project to be administered by the Department of Public Works & Assets.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
