A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 103, SERIES 2020 DETERMINING EIGHT LOTS ON SHAGBARK ROAD IN LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY SHOWN ON EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO OWNED BY THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT ("METRO GOVERNMENT") SUCCESSOR TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY, AS SURPLUS AND NO LONGER NEEDED FOR A GOVERNMENT PURPOSE AND AUTHORIZING 3411, 3413, 3415, 3417, 3418, 3419, 3420 AND 3423 SHAGBARK ROAD ALL IN METRO LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY (THE "LOTS") TO BE CONVEYED TO HABITAT FOR HUMANITY TO BE DEVELOPED AS LOW INCOME HOUSING.

WHEREAS, R-103-20, a surplus property resolution, passed with Metro Council approval on November 5, 2020; and
WHEREAS, R-103-20 passed with an inconsistent reference in its Exhibit A to the value of one of the properties Metro Council declared surplus and authorized Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government to sell; and
WHEREAS, R-103-20 referenced one price for 3423 Shagbark Road as $6,500 in the body of the Resolution, and another price for the same address as $7,000 in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the operative language of R-103-20 authorized the Mayor to sell the surplus property for the amounts listed in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the correct price for 3423 Shagbark Road is the price listed in the body of the text of R-103-20, or $6,500, and evidenced by the appraisal attached; and
WHEREAS, Exhibit A to R-103-20 requires an amendment from $7,000 to $6,500, which is the accurate price.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Exhibit A to R-103-20 is amended as follows: the reference to 3423 Shagbark Road shall read $6,500 instead of $7,000.
SECTION II: Exhibit A to R-103-20 as amended is attached hereto.
SECTION III: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
