AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 029, SERIES 2016, ORDINANCE NO. 041, SERIES 2016, AND ORDINANCE NO. 072, SERIES 2020 RELATING TO FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021 CAPITAL BUDGET BY REALLOCATING $34,000 OF D10 PAVING AND SIDEWALKS FUNDING TO AN EXISTING D10 JOE CREASON WALKING PATH PROJECT.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Section II, of Ordinance No. 029, Series 2016, is hereby amended as follows:
