BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Part I., Revenues and Funding Sources, of Ordinance 073, Series 2020 is hereby amended as follows:
SECTION II: Part I., M. Other Elected Officials, 5. Other Statutory Obligations, of Ordinance No. 073, Series 2020, is hereby amended as follows:
5. OTHER STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS
a. General Operations
(1) General Fund 5,202,100 5,576,700
(2) Agency and Other Receipts 317,800
TOTAL - Other Statutory Obligations 5,519,900 5,894,500
Included in Section II. 5.a.(1) above is $374,600 to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office to fund operating expenses.
SECTION III: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
