BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT ("THE COUNCIL") AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: The sum of $30,00 is hereby appropriated from District 18 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to the City of Hurstbourne, Kentucky, pursuant to City of Hurstbourne Commission Municipal Order No. 11-19 Series 2011 and the Metro Partnership Program established in Louisville Metro Code of Ordinances Section 97.100, for Phase VII of the City of Hurstbourne Improvements Program to provide ADA compliant sidewalks and ramps allowing pedestrians to connect from residential areas to commercial areas of the community.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
