BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                     The following appropriation for the listed contract, as amended, is hereby approved:

LOUISVILLE METRO PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLNESS

$38,000.00 $99,000.00 for a noncompetitively negotiated Professional Service Contract with Aja Barber for Public Health and Wellness for support of post-2021 Health Equity Report organizational change strategy discussions from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.

SECTION II:                     This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
