A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT A DONATION OF $100,000 FROM DAVID M. KUEBER IN HONOR OF HIS LATE SON KYLE KUEBER TO BE USED FOR REFINISHING, RESURFACING, AND RESTRIPING BASKETBALL COURTS AT E. LEELAND TAYLOR, LAPORTE, COLONEL CHARLES D. YOUNG, AND PORTLAND PARKS TO BE ADMINISTERED BY METRO PARKS.

WHEREAS, the donation has been approved by David M. Kueber, in honor of his late son Kyle Kueber; and
WHEREAS, Metro Government’s wishes to take advantage of this opportunity through Metro Parks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept a donation of $100,000 from David M. Kueber in honor of his late son Kyle Kueber for refinishing, resurfacing, and restriping basketball courts at E. Leeland Taylor, LaPorte, Colonel Charles D. Young, and Portland Parks to be administered by Metro Parks.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
