A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND APPROVING A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT (MARCH 23, 2022 - JUNE 30, 2023) RELATING TO WAGES, HOURS, AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT BETWEEN THE LOUISVILLE/ JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AND LOUISVILLE PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION, LOCAL UNION 345, IAFF, AFL-CIO-CLC.

WHEREAS, a Collective Bargaining Agreement has been reached between Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government and the Louisville Professional Firefighters Association, Local Union 345, IAFF, AFL-CIO-CLC, concerning wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the Collective Bargaining Agreement (March 23, 2022 - June 30, 2023) reached between Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government and the Louisville Professional Firefighters Association, Local Union 345, IAFF, AFL-CIO-CLC, concerning wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment, be and the same is hereby approved. A copy of the Collective Bargaining Agreement is attached hereto.
SECTION II. This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
