TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $75,000 FROM DISTRICT 13 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO PUBLIC WORKS FOR REPAVING WORK ON THE RECYCLING BIN LOT LOCATED AT 10104 MITCHELL HILL ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE “COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $75,000 is hereby appropriated from District 13 Neighborhood Development Funds to Public Works for repaving work on the recycling bin lot located at 10104 Mitchell Hill Road.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
