BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                     The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:

LOUISVILLE METRO PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLNESS

$70,000.00 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $300,000.00 for an amendment to a noncompetitively negotiated Professional Service Contract with the Kentucky Nurses Association for clinic staff for COVID vaccine administration, from August 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.

SECTION II:                     This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
