AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,000 FROM DISTRICT 8 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS TO THE OFFICE OF ADVANCED PLANNING AND SUSTAINABILITY TO CREATE A MASTER PLAN FOR BARDSTOWN ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $25,000 is hereby appropriated from District 8 Neighborhood Development Funds to the Office of Advanced Planning and Sustainability to create a master plan for Bardstown Road.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
