AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $8,960 FROM DISTRICT 21 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH METRO PARKS, TO ACTION LANDSCAPE, INC. FOR MAINTENANCE AND RE-PLANTING AT THE BEECHMONT CLOCK LANDSCAPE BED.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $8,960 is hereby appropriated from District 21 Neighborhood Development Funds, through Metro Parks, to Action Landscape, Inc. for maintenance and re-planting at the Beechmont Clock Landscape Bed.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
