BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: Part I. Revenues and Funding Sources, of Ordinance 084, Series 2022, is hereby amended as follows:





SECTION II: Part I., Chief of Public Safety/Services, H. Public Works & Assets, of Ordinance No. 084, Series 2022, is hereby amended as follows:

c. f. Public Works & Assets is required to obtain Council approval prior to appropriating any unallocated BIL Match funds.

d. g. The Office of Management and Budget shall report to the Budget Committee by September 30, 2022 with additional capital accounts to lapse, with a goal of lapsing at least $4 Million, which could be made available for future matches for Bipartisan Infrastructure Law grants.

SECTION III: The sum of $316,185.03 is hereby transferred from the Special Revenue Fund to the General Fund related to the lapse of previously authorized and completed projects and various other accounts.
SECTION IV: Part I., Chief of Louisville Forward, R. Economic Development, of Ordinance No. 084, Series 2022, is hereby amended as follows:
