AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 072, SERIES 2020, RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021 CAPITAL BUDGET, ORDINANCE NO. 088, SERIES 2021, RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 CAPITAL BUDGET, AND ORDINANCE 084, SERIES 2022, RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT BY REALLOCATING $1,400,000 FROM THE FISCAL COURT BUILDING DEMOLITION PROJECT TO FUND EXISTING CAPITAL PROJECTS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Part I., Chief of Public Services F. Facilities and Fleet Management, of Ordinance No. 072, Series 2020, is hereby amended as follows:
